Sport on the timetable, turned into a programme.

Specialist coaches, a published curriculum for Classes 1–12, a competition pathway, and a report to every parent — on one annual contract.

No capital expenditure. No ground to build, no equipment to buy
No hiring. Coaches are vetted, insured and supervised by us
Your PT teacher leads. We resource them; nobody is replaced
Cricket, volleyball, athletics and chess

Most schools have sport. Few have a programme.

The difference is not effort — it is structure. One annual contract covers everything, and nothing lands on your existing staff.

What most schools have

A games period on the timetable. One PT teacher across hundreds of students and every age. Equipment bought ad hoc and replaced when it breaks. No record of any individual child's progress, and talent spotted by chance.

What a programme looks like

Specialist coaches, sport by sport, to a fixed weekly timetable. An age-banded curriculum published for Classes 1–12. Termly fitness assessment reported to every parent. A defined pathway to district and state competition.

Seven sports, and the chess strand

Chosen for what they teach — and for the space a school actually has. Every one is delivered on ground you already own.

AthleticsThe base of every other sport. Any open strip; 60 m is enough to Class 6
FootballHighest participation per unit of equipment. Half a ground, or a hall
CricketThe strongest pathway. A net and a strip; full ground only for squads
BadmintonThe best indoor answer. One hall, or two courts on any flat surface
KabaddiNeeds nothing but a marked rectangle. 13 × 10 m of level ground
BasketballExcellent conditioning. One court serves a whole cohort
VolleyballTwelve playing at once off one net. 18 × 9 m, indoors or out
ChessA room, not a ground — and the only strand that ends in a rating
When the ground is not available, the session still runs. Every session plan carries three versions — full space, half space, indoor. Rain, exam furniture in the hall, a function on the ground: the programme survives a monsoon term, and that is the single most common reason school sport quietly stops.

Forty minutes, four blocks

Two sessions a week, for every class in the school.

7 min
Arrival and warm-up. Movement preparation, never static stretching
12 min
Skill block. One teaching point, not three
16 min
The game. Small-sided, high touches, no queues
5 min
Cool-down. Name one thing that went well, dismiss on time

Three rules we do not break

No child stands in a line. Thirty children and one ball is not a session. If the equipment does not allow small groups, the drill is wrong.
One teaching point per session. A coach who corrects six things has corrected nothing.
The last fifteen minutes are a game. A session short of time drops the skill block, never the game.

A school year, reported term by term

The programme runs with your year, and hands you evidence at the end of every term.

TERM 1
June – September
Baseline assessment, first teaching block, intra-school competition
TERM 2
October – December
Second teaching block, inter-school fixtures, the produced sports day
TERM 3
January – April
Third assessment, consolidation, and the board-year taper

What you are handed every term

Session register — every class, every session, delivered or not, with reason
Assessment record — six measures, every child
Parent reports — one page per child
Participation by gender and class
A one-page summary to the Principal — attendance, progression, squads, concerns
Equipment condition report, with replacements scheduled
So that the programme is auditable rather than assumed. Each child is measured against their own previous term — never against a national standard and never against each other.

Every child competes in something, every year

Schools Premier League · Stage 1 — every child from Class 4, at your own ground, Terms 1 and 3
House competition — every child, run by your PT teacher, all year
Schools Premier League · Stage 2 — squads from Class 7, against other partner schools, Term 2
District and beyond — selected squads and individuals
Sports day — every child, produced over eight weeks
Entry, fees, travel and accompaniment are ours — every result recorded under your school's name
A programme whose only competition is a squad fixture has excluded ninety per cent of the children paying for it. Squads are selected, not chosen: criteria are published in writing before trials, and a child not selected is told what to work on, by name.

And for the ones who want more: after-school clinics

Specialised coaching for children who want to go further in one sport, run on your campus after the school day.

Outside contracted time. A club slot after school. It never displaces a PE session you have already paid for
Optional and parent-paid. Not part of your annual contract, and no part of your fee funds it
No cost and no administration to the school. We enrol, we collect, we coach, we bring the equipment
Your ground, outside hours. No new facility, no timetable change, nothing to approve beyond access
It is not a route into anything selective. No squad place and no scholarship turns on whether a family paid for a clinic. Squad selection is decided on term-time evidence alone — because the moment a paid programme becomes a path to selection, the squad is being sold rather than selected, and every family who cannot afford it knows that too.

Clinics open to partner schools once the main programme is running on campus. Ask us about them at the site visit.

Girls' participation is planned for, not hoped for

Participation drops away between Classes 6 and 9, and it drops for reasons that are practical and fixable. Each one is committed in the contract.

Football, badminton, athletics and chess
Parallel sessions from Class 7 — equal length, equal frequency, equal coaching allocation
A girls' squad in every sport the school fields a boys' squad in. Never one without the other
At least one female coach on the delivery team at every school with a secondary section
Fixtures on the same days and grounds — never the early slot on an outside pitch
Kit that works — proper fit and full-coverage options as standard, not on request
Reported by gender and class every term. The Class 6-to-7 drop is the number we watch most closely

Safeguarding is contractual, not aspirational

Every item below is evidenced before the first session, and annexed to the contract.

Coach verification — police verification and reference checks on every coach
Child protection — two-adult rule; no unsupervised one-to-one coaching, ever
First aid — a certified adult at every session; incident log shared with you
Insurance — public liability covering all programme activity
Age-appropriate loading — published injury protocols, no early specialisation
Media consent — written guardian consent before any child is photographed
Insurance certificates, the child protection policy, coach verification records and first-aid certifications are annexed to the contract — not produced on request afterwards. Your liability does not increase. Ours does.
